How I Did A Liver And Gallbladder Flush The first thing I
did was go through a five-day preparation period where I drank a lot of
apple juice and took Malic Acid capsules. What this did was to soften
any gallstones or hardened bile that were in my liver bile ducts or gallbladder.
I also cut out fats and oils almost completely. I did this for five days. On the sixth day, I began to take a magnesium citrate powder which is intended to cause a relaxation of musculature, which includes those muscles controlling the relaxation and contraction of the gallbladder and the liver. After 2 p.m. on this sixth day, I didn't eat anything. At 10 p.m. I drank
a half cup of cold pressed olive oil, immediately got into bed and lay
on my back for 20 minutes. The purpose of the olive oil was to cause my
liver and gallbladder to begin to contract and expel the gallstones into
my intestinal tract. Within an hour of drinking the oil, I was asleep. Every now and then
during the night I would wake up for 30 seconds to a minute because I
could feel my liver contracting. It didn't hurt and I was familiar with
the feeling because I have done liver flushes before. So I would simply
make note of what was going on and then fall back to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I got up, did a few things around the house for about 10 minutes then went to the bathroom because I had the urge to go. Between 8 am and 1 pm I went to the bathroom about four times. During that time I expelled approximately 120 gallstones of various size, everything from little ones about a 16th of an inch across to one big one that was an inch long. If you are curious
as to what gallstones look like, here are photos of what came out of my liver and gallbladder as a result of the flush. More photos of other gallstones can be seen on the CureZone forum
here. One of the points
I would like to make with this story is this. Almost everyone follows
good hygiene habits when it comes to the outside of their body. In other
words, we all wash our hair, brush our teeth and clean ourselves from
head to toe when we take a shower or a bath. Some of us even go to great
lengths to have the shiniest, cleanest and most pleasant smelling hair
as possible along with the smoothest skin, the whitest and brightest teeth
and freshest breath imaginable. What it comes down
to is we all know how important it is to maintain good hygiene and keep
the OUTSIDE of our bodies clean. Yet, how many people do you know who
actually take regular steps to keep the INSIDE of their bodies clean?
In fact, when you think about it, what part of the body do you think is
more important to keep clean when it comes to maintaining long-term health;
the outside of your body or the inside? The answer is the INSIDE! Most people go to great lengths to keep the outside of their bodies as clean as possible yet do nothing for the inside. And this is one of the reasons, I believe, that so many people suffer from poor health and die premature deaths from disease. I, for one, will continue to do regular liver and gallbladder flushes until I find no more stones. I recommend that you at least educate yourself about the liver and gallbladder flush process.
