How
John Beat His Cancer Diagnosis
A gentleman (we'll call him "John") shared a story with us on a tele conference call I attended. John used to have a whole host of health problems, as well as being quite small physically. This was from a disorder which prevented him from growing to a normal adult size. Here's what John shared with us: "I started at 134 pounds and was diagnosed with colon cancer and cancer of the esophagus. I went down to 63 pounds because my villi was completely clogged from all the years of anti-inflammatory medicine and all the bad food choices. And emotional issues of having arthritis as a child. My villi was totally destroyed. I was told that at 63 pounds I was going to lose more weight to get rid of more acid and more fat which binds the acid. I actually went down to 58 pounds. Yet after about 10 weeks of being on a liquid feast and following the program completely, the villi regenerated itself, the microscopy proved it, and I went back up to 109 pounds." Wow. John is now healthy and full of energy. You can hear it in his voice as he tells his story of how he turned his health around. And he did it by... 1) providing his body with the right kind of fuel and 2) using his body's innate ability to continually regenerate itself Here's what happened. He started to create slightly better quality blood, which began to rebuild his intestinal villi, which then created even better quality blood, which then completely regenerated a whole new intestinal villi structure in his small intestine. Click here to see a diagram of an individual intestinal villi. With his new blood supply and new intestinal villi that could now fully absorb the nutrition he was putting into his body, he reversed the decline in his health and built a whole new John. Cell by cell, organ by organ. This is such an important concept for you to understand and remember that I'm going to give it to you again.
So now you are probably saying, "Ok, Andy. I get it. So what kind of food creates healthy blood?" The answer is chlorophyll rich, alkaline foods. And healthy fats. The specifics of which we will cover in the next issue of Foundations of Health. All the best, - Andy
