How
much of each antioxidant
should I be getting?
One way to get an
idea of how much of each antioxidant you should be getting is to consider
the following two sources. The first is the Recommended Dietary Allowance
(RDA) as recommended by the National Food and Nutrition Board.
The other is Dr.
Lester Packer who, because of his 30+ years of study in the field,
is regarded as the world's foremost antioxidant research scientist. Below
you will find recommended daily allowances for antioxidants as recommended
by the National Food and Nutrition Board and by Dr. Packer.
